They can be used both indoors and out, on turf or natural surfaces for everything from SAQ training to fitness drills, to decision making and skills work. Twelve-inch (12”) black rubber, stackable, bases are included with the Premier Coaching Sticks making them all-surface friendly. Pair them with a set for use on match day!
